Bookings and Cancellation Policy

Banjos Bead House offers high quality teaching and low class numbers to ensure our students have the best possible experience. Cancellations can cause problems for both teacher and student. Please check your diary before you enrol.

 

Bookings

To secure your class booking (including School Holiday classes) a 50% deposit is required.  

To secure your group class booking (including School Holiday classes) a 50% deposit is required for each participant..

To secure your  Children's birthday party booking a $50 deposit is required.

 

Payment 

Payment can be made by EFTPOS (in store or by phone), Bank Deposit (details on request) or cash (in store).

 

Cancellation Policy

Class bookings can be re-scheduled depending on availability. Refunds are only available for class cancellations made 48 hours in advance.  For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice a deposit refund will be given on the condition that your class place is filled.

Group class bookings can be re-scheduled depending on availability. Refunds are only available for group class cancellations made 48 hours in advance.  For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice a deposit refund will be given on the condition that your class place is filled.

Children's Birthday Party bookings can be re-scheduled depending on availability. Refunds are only available for Children's Birthday Party cancellations made 7 days in advance.  For cancellations with less than 7 days notice a deposit refund will be given on the condition that  we are able to schedule another birthday party on the same day as you had scheduled.
