Returns and Cancellations Policy

Customer service is very important at Banjos Bead House (BBH).

 

Faulty Items

We make every effort to ensure the quality of the products we sell.  If you receive faulty or incorrect goods please  email us within 5 days of receipt. Email lynda@banjosbeadhouse.com.au - Subject line in the mail should read: Faulty / Incorrect goods Order number BBH........... Faulty goods will not be accepted unless returned within 14 days of delivery or as instructed.

If your faulty goods return is accepted we will exchange the faulty goods with equivalent goods and cover shipping costs. Please refer to instructions below regarding return of goods.

 

Returns - Change of Mind

We understand that it is sometimes difficult to select colours and sizes when shopping online and are happy to accept change of mind returns within 14 days of receipt provided: the goods are in the same condition and quantity as received; and in the original packaging.

We will not accept the following for return: Special orders (items ordered to fulfil a customer order request/backorder), discounted items, special offers, items cut to length, items sold by weight and items in lesser quantity that original order (eg 3 beads out of an order of 5 of the same type).

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and  Banjos Bead House will not cover shipping charges incurred by your return. You will be liable to pay the cost of returning the goods.

If your return meets our return conditions we will provide you with either:

  • a store credit to the value of your initial purchase less shipping costs 

OR

  • a refund to the value of your initial purchase less shipping costs and any processing fees charged by your original payment provider (credit card, PayPal, Zip, AfterPay - no charges are applied to direct deposit). Refunds will be made via your original payment provider.

Returns procedure

To return your purchase or faulty/incorrect goods please follow the instructions below:

  • Email Banjos Bead House to obtain a Return Number within 5 days of receipt of order. Subject line in the mail should read: Return Order number BBH..........  Items returned without a Return Number will not be accepted.

  • Return the goods within 14 days of the date delivered to you. No exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.
  • Return the goods unopened or unused and in original condition and in their original packaging, with a copy of the invoice and Return Number. Mark on the invoice the items you wish to return (use highlighter pen or underline)
  • Package the goods carefully. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Ship your returned goods to:

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled by contacting us by email - lynda@banjosbeadhouse.com.au. Subject line in the mail should read: Cancellation of Order number BBH..........

Cancellations will only be accepted if we have not ordered goods to fulfil your order and / or the order has not been packed.

If your cancellation is accepted we will provide you with either:

  • a store credit to the value of your purchase 

OR

  • a refund to the value of your purchase less any processing fees charged by your original payment provider (credit card, PayPal, Zip, AfterPay - no charges are applied to direct deposit). Refunds will be made via your original payment provider.
