The box-joint construction is reliable and great for smooth operation while the double-leaf spring helps reduce hand fatigue. These pliers are made for doing heavier work. This is a professional jeweler’s tool made with the same quality as European pliers. The break strength is Rockwell Hardness 42 – 45. Round nose pliers are essential for creating consistent, well-shaped bends and loops. The jaws are solid steel that are thickest at the base and taper to be thinner at the tip.
